Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a major commercial project.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the successful running and delivery of the electrical contract.
• Supervise and coordinate electrical operatives on site.
• Liaise effectively with site operatives, project management, senior management and the client.
• Monitor progress, quality and programme requirements.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Produce and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) – this is essential.
• Produce Q&A packs for the handover of completed areas.
• Utilise and interpret the BIM model to coordinate and deliver the works – this is essential.
• Assist with project planning, coordination and problem-solving.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant legislation and company procedures.
• Support the management team with reporting, handovers and completion of works.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects.
• Good experience running or assisting in the running of an electrical contract.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing and coordinating electrical operatives.
• BIM model experience – essential.
• Strong experience producing RAMS – essential.
• Experience preparing handover documentation and Q&A packs.
• Ability to liaise confidently with clients, management and site teams.
• Good understanding of commercial electrical installations, programme and project delivery.
• Relevant electrical qualifications and site-based experience.
