Solar PV Electrician

Cheltenham

£40,000 + Early finish + Work life balance + Local work + Van + Holiday + Pension

They work within a tight local radius, meaning minimal travel, no overnight stays, and a workload that allows you to be home by around 3pm to 4pm most days. The team is small, low turnover, and known for working well together with a good sense of humour while still taking pride in their work.

In this role, you will install and commission solar PV systems, battery storage, and EV chargers across domestic and small commercial projects. You will also complete full electrical first and second fix work and customer handovers, all within a compact geographical area.

The Role

• Install and commission solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging systems
  * Full electrical first and second fix installations
  * Customer handovers and system explanation
  * Work within a small local radius
  * Early finishes, typically 3pm to 4pm

The Person

• Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / AM2 or equivalent)
  * 18th Edition (BS 7671)
  * Full UK driving licence
  * Electrical installation experience
  * Team player who takes pride in their work
  * Looking for stability and strong work life balance
