Electrician

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a multi trader based in Kingston.

What we Need: 

• NVQ Level 3
• Inspection and Testing qualification e.g., C & G 2391, 2394 2395
• 18th edition
• AM2

Job Responsibilities:

• Working in occupied social housing properties
• Conducting electrical, testing, repairs and installations 
• Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as an Electrician with a focus on social housing, council projects, housing association work, domestic properties, and compliance services preferred but not essential 
• Proficient in electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and safety regulations
