Job Description:
Take on a long-term subcontract role with consistent social housing work as an
Electrician, carrying out EICRs across domestic properties in Swindon. This is a great opportunity to secure steady work on a council contract, with the option to earn through a day rate or price work.

I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an
Electrician, Electrical Tester, EICR Tester, or Test and Inspect Engineer within social housing or similar environments. As an Electrician, you will be:- Completing EICRs in domestic social housing properties
- Carrying out electrical testing and inspection work
- Identifying and reporting remedial works where required
- Working across a council contract in Swindon
- Ensuring all work is completed to current compliance standards
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 or equivalent testing and inspection qualification
- Own van and tools
- Experience working in social housing or domestic properties
