Electrician – Facilities Management (Healthcare)

Join a Leading Facilities Management Team

We are recruiting for a skilled Electrician to join a well-established Facilities Management provider, maintaining a busy healthcare site in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable, long-term role where you'll play a key part in ensuring critical building services remain safe, compliant, and operational.

Working within a professional on-site maintenance team, you'll carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, fault finding, and electrical installations across a modern healthcare environment.

The Role

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.
• Complete testing, inspection and minor installation works.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using the CAFM system.
• Work closely with the wider engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of the site.

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience working within Facilities Management, commercial buildings, or healthcare environments.
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills.
• A proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
