We are supporting a growing FE College in Herefordshire with the appointment of an Engineering Lecturer/Course Tutor for their expanding Engineering provision.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FE Lecturer or industry professional looking to move into education.

📚 Teaching Levels 2–4 Engineering
📍 Full Time | Par Time considered

Specialist areas include:
• Analogue Electronics
• Electronic Devices & Circuits
• Electronic Circuit Construction
• L4 Automation
• Robotics
• PLCs
• Digital Electronics

✅ Essential:
• HNC/D or Degree in a relevant Engineering subject
• Relevant industry experience and technical knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to learners
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines

⭐ Desirable:
• Teaching qualification (support provided if needed)
• FE/Post-16 teaching or training experience
• Assessor qualification
• IQA qualification
