Trainee Recruitment Consultant | Reperio Human Capital

- £26,000 to £30,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
- Start Date: Flexible

Realistic Earning Potential:

• Year 1: £30,000 to £40,000
• Year 2 to 3: £40,000 to £60,000
• Year 3 to 5: £60,000 to £100,000+

As we continue to expand, we're on the hunt for graduates or candidates with sales experience to join our Belfast team. This is a true entry level opportunity, perfect for someone who wants to build a genuine long term career in recruitment and sales. You won't need any recruitment background, we'll teach you everything through structured training, ongoing mentorship, and hands on support from your very first day. The Role
This is a sales role. You'll be exposed to the full 360 recruitment cycle, from building relationships with clients to sourcing top talent across the Irish tech market and running your own desk.

Day to day you'll be:

• Spotting and chasing new business opportunities
• Developing strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision makers
• Pitching Reperio's services and securing new roles to work
• Sourcing and engaging candidates for live vacancies
• Owning the full sales process, from first outreach to placement
• Negotiating salaries, terms, and offers with clients and candidates alike
• Working to targets in a fast paced, commission driven environment
• Building your market knowledge to stay a step ahead of the competition

Training & Progression
You'll have a clear roadmap ahead of you, supported every step by experienced consultants and leadership.

• 0 to 12 months: Building the fundamentals and making your first placements with support
• 12 to 18 months: Owning your own processes and growing a client base
• 18 months+: Managing key accounts, mentoring newer starters, and driving growth

Your progression here is entirely down to your results, the harder you work, the faster you'll move.

What We're Looking For
We want confident, driven individuals who have a natural sales mindset. Background in sales is a big plus.

You'll bring:

• A degree, or experience in a sales, business development, or target driven customer facing role
• Great negotiation and relationship building instincts
• Resilience and the ability to bounce back from rejection
• A competitive streak and a results first mentality
• Confidence chasing revenue targets and KPIs
