Entry Level/ Associate Recruitment Consultant | Belfast

If you're in a sales or customer facing role right now and wondering what's next, this could be it. We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Belfast office. No recruitment background needed. What matters is drive, resilience and the ability to build genuine relationships.

The role
From day one you'll manage your own niche market and run the full recruitment process end to end, sourcing candidates, understanding client needs, managing interviews and closing placements. You'll be networking regularly with clients and candidates, and you'll earn commission on top of your base salary from the start.

Our internal training programme runs for 8 to 10 weeks with a dedicated trainer, backed up by ongoing mentoring from your team leader and senior consultants.

Earnings

• Base salary plus uncapped commission, paid monthly
• Consultants here earn anywhere from £1,000 to £15,000+ per month in commission
• Additional bonus opportunities in your first 6 months

Progression is based on performance, not time served. Targets for moving up are clear from the outset.
