Please Note: This is an in-person, face-to-face marketing role - not a desk-based or digital marketing position. You'll be out in the community every day, representing brands and charities through direct conversations with the public.

About the Role

Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client looking to grow its in-person marketing and sales team in Watford. This is a fantastic entry point for anyone who enjoys talking to people and wants hands-on experience in marketing and sales, with no previous experience required - full training is provided from day one.

As an Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant, your role centres entirely around face-to-face interaction. Rather than working behind a screen, you'll be out within the local community - at events, in busy public spaces, or door to door - directly promoting the brands and charities you represent, having genuine conversations, and generating interest and sign-ups on the spot.

What This Involves Day to Day

• Approaching members of the public in person and starting natural, friendly conversations.

• Promoting campaigns, products, or causes directly and clearly, explaining what makes them worth supporting.

• Answering questions honestly and confidently, adapting your approach to each person you speak to.

• Converting conversations into sign-ups or sales through a simple, guided process.

• Accurately recording new customer or supporter details.

• Working towards personal and team targets each day and week.

• Attending regular in-house training covering marketing techniques, sales skills, and campaign knowledge.

• Working closely with a small, supportive team based in Watford.
