Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (German Speaking)

Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission | Industry-Leading Training | Clear Progression to Director
Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm, with early finish on Fridays!)
Location: Bristol City Centre

The role you will play:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will become a specialist recruiter within your market, responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates in and around Germany.

You will:

• Source and interview high-quality candidates across Europe
• Utilise your language skills to build relationships with clients and win new business
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Become an expert within your specialist market
