Job Description:

Estate Agent Assistant Branch Manager    

• You will receive an initial 6 month guaranteed salary of £40,000. 
• Thereafter, you will be offered a basic salary of £20,000 PLUS you will receive 0.5% of the office completions (paid monthly) of your personal listings being sold PLUS 0.5% of the office completions (paid monthly) for hitting your sales target and targets are very realistic with on target earnings of between £60,000 and £70,000.  
• Plus potential of up to 16% personal commission to be earned.
