We're working with a well-established fit-out and refurbishment contractor based in London, delivering projects across the UK. The business has built its reputation through repeat business and long-term client relationships rather than chasing volume, and that approach has helped create a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture.

The commercial team is made up of experienced, down-to-earth people who enjoy what they do and are invested in helping others develop. It's the kind of environment where you'll be trusted with responsibility, given exposure to different parts of the business, and encouraged to broaden your skillset.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll take commercial responsibility for projects ranging from £500k to £15m across a varied portfolio that includes laboratories, retail environments, CAT A/B fit-outs, and complex refurbishment schemes.

Beyond project delivery, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in tender pricing, bid strategy, and pre-con activities, giving you a much better understanding of how work is secured and how successful projects are set up
from day one.

The role would suit someone who enjoys the commercial side of construction but wants greater variety, more involvement in key decisions, and the chance to continue developing alongside a strong team.
