Estimator – Residential Developer

Kent | Up to £65,000 + Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a highly respected and established residential developer based in Kent.

This business has built an excellent reputation within the market, with a strong established client base, repeat business, and a long-term secured pipeline of work — offering genuine stability and career progression.

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Producing detailed take-offs
• Liaising closely with commercial and technical teams
• Supporting land appraisals and feasibility studies
• Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing enquiries

Ideal Background:

• Experience working for a housebuilder or residential developer
• Strong estimating experience within new build housing
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Ability to manage multiple tenders/projects
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
