Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
• Diagnose and repair faults on equipment and building systems
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks
• Respond to call-out and emergency maintenance work when required
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Maintain accurate records of completed work
• Work independently and as part of a mobile maintenance team

Training & Development

• Full training provided in plumbing and electrical systems
• Development into a multi-skilled maintenance engineer
• Ongoing support and structured career progression

Requirements

• Practical, hands-on mindset
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Reliable, disciplined, and well organised
• Ability to work under pressure
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• Previous maintenance, engineering, or trade experience is beneficial but not essential
