EYFS Teacher 

Location: Weston-super-Mare

Start date: September 2026

£150 to £300 per day based on role and pay scale.

Connex Education is working in partnership with schools across the Bath and Wells Multi Academy Trust (BWMAT) to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teachers for opportunities starting in September 2026.
This is a great opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, with options ranging from flexible day-to-day cover to longer-term placements across local schools.

The Role
We are recruiting EYFS Teachers for:

• Flexible day-to-day supply assignments
• Part-time and full-time long-term placements
• Full class responsibility roles, including planning, preparation, assessment, and parent engagement
• Opportunities across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools
• These roles offer the chance to support children at a key stage in their development while building strong relationships within friendly school communities.

What We’re Looking For

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Experience teaching within EYFS
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Framework
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A flexible and professional approach to teaching
