Facades Manager – Cardiff
Duration: 6 months contract
Start: Immediate
Sector: Main Contractor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facades Manager to join a major main contractor on a 6-month project in Cardiff.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a similar Facades Manager / Facades Site Manager role on construction projects and will be confident managing subcontractors, programme, quality and site activities.

The Role

• Manage all facade works on site from start through to completion

• Coordinate facade subcontractors and site teams

• Monitor progress against programme and ensure key deadlines are met

• Ensure works are completed to the required quality and specification

• Coordinate with the wider site management team and other trades

• Maintain high standards of health & safety

• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates

• Identify and resolve any issues affecting programme or quality

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar Facades Manager role is essential

• Strong knowledge of facade construction and installation

• Experience working for or alongside a main contractor

• Strong subcontractor and site management skills

• Good understanding of health & safety and quality requirements

• Ability to start immediately

• Relevant construction qualifications/CSCS required
