Facilities and Maintenance Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager to join a well-established organisation operating across the construction, facilities, site services and M&E sectors. The position will be based at the Newcastle headquarters with responsibility for managing maintenance and facilities operations across multiple UK locations.

The RoleThe Facilities and Maintenance Manager will oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, contractor management, compliance, facilities operations and asset management across a national portfolio. Responsibilities will include ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining health and safety standards, managing service delivery and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience RequiredApplicants should have previous experience within facilities management, building services, construction or M&E environments. Strong leadership and organisational skills are essential, along with experience managing contractors, maintenance programmes and compliance requirements across multiple sites. A proactive and hands-on approach is required.
