Job Description:

Location: Stockley Park
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

An established IT company based in Stockley Park is seeking a reliable and proactive Facilities & Events Support Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operation of its office, facilities, and event activities.

This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys practical work, has a strong work ethic, and can work independently while supporting multiple departments.

• Scan and label products for large events and exhibitions.
• Assist with the setup and dismantling of event pods and displays.
• Accompany team members to and from the warehouse to collect or deliver equipment and stock.
• Load pallets and securely shrink-wrap products for transportation.
• Support marketing stock counts and inventory checks.

• Open pallets and unpack deliveries.
• Break down wooden crates and packaging materials.
• Lift, move, and store boxes and equipment safely.
• Transport deliveries and pallets throughout the office.
• Remove pallets from office areas to designated external locations.
• Dispose of rubbish, packaging materials, and wooden crates appropriately.
• Assist with meeting room setups and office moves where required.
• Carry out basic maintenance and general facilities duties.
• Help ensure health and safety standards are maintained across the site.
• Liaise with and oversee contractors working on-site when required.

• A proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes, pallets, and equipment safely.
• Previous experience in facilities, warehouse, office support, logistics, or event setup is desirable but not essential.

• Competitive pay rate of £14.50 per hour.
• Monday to Friday working hours, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
