Facilities Manager | Poole | £42,000   Day 1: You're handed the keys to three sites and a mandate to make them run better than ever.
Day 30: Contractors know your name, your PPM programme is taking shape, and the Group Head of Safety & Compliance already trusts your judgement.

As a Facilities Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the day-to-day management of facilities across three operational sites
• Develop and implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes
• Manage the approved contractor process, ensuring competence, compliance and value for money
• Drive facilities improvement projects and capital investment initiatives
• Prepare and manage facilities budgets, forecasts and planned investment
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and statutory requirements

As a Facilities Manager, your experience will include:

• Proven experience in a Facilities Manager or similar leadership role
• Experience managing multi-site facilities operations, advantageous
• Strong track record in contractor and supplier management
• Sound understanding of facilities compliance and statutory building requirements, including ISO 14001
• Experience managing maintenance programmes and facilities budgets
