The Role
Take full ownership of your territory, identifying opportunities and driving consistent sales growth
Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor within the industry
Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, targeted outreach, and digital engagement
Deliver engaging product and service presentations that showcase value-driven solutions
Understand customer challenges and provide tailored, consultative recommendations
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and negotiation through to closing deals and account development
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to wider business success
Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maximise opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience within sales, account management, territory sales, or business development
Knowledge or experience within farming, agriculture, machinery, outdoor industries, or a related sector
A commercially minded individual with a strong drive to succeed and deliver results
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage customers
Confident negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
A positive, energetic attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Full UK driving licence preferred (company car provided)
