Field Service Engineer (Mechincal)
£35,000-£45,000 + Overtime + Door-to-Door Pay + Company Van + Training
Wiltshire and surrounding areas

Are you an Engineer with experience in forklifts, plant, agricultural machinery, cars or HGVs?

Would you like to join an established independent forklift company offering full in-house and manufacturer training, overtime and long-term career opportunities?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established forklift business specialising in the sales, servicing and hire of materials handling equipment across the South West. You'll receive product-specific training to develop your skills across a range of forklift trucks, with a company van and door-to-door pay provided.

You'll travel to customer sites across Wiltshire and the surrounding areas, servicing, repairing and maintaining a range of forklift trucks and materials handling equipment. You'll diagnose faults, carry out inspections and prepare machinery for hire, with full in-house and manufacturer training provided.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with experience in forklifts, plant, agricultural machinery, cars or HGVs who enjoys practical mechanical work and fault diagnosis.

The Role:

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on customer and company forklift trucks.
• Diagnose faults on gas, diesel and electric machinery.
• Complete inspections and prepare machines for hire.
• Travel to customer sites across the local Wiltshire patch.

The Person:

• Previous engineering experience with forklifts, plant, agricultural machinery, cars or HGVs.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Commutable to Wiltshire.
