Field Service Engineer / Refrigeration Engineer

£36,000 (OTE £50,000 - £55,000) + Full Industry Training + Door-to-Door Pay + Premium Overtime + Van (Personal Use) + Fuel Card + Progression + Private Medical

West Midlands (Commutable from: Kidderminster, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge, Birmingham, Dudley, Walsall and surrounding areas)

On offer is a permanent position with a market-leading foodservice equipment specialist, covering service, maintenance, repairs and commissioning across customer sites in the West Midlands. You'll be trusted to manage your own day, deliver a high first-time fix rate and represent the business in a professional, customer-focused way.

This company have secured major new contracts and are set to grow significantly over the next couple of years, making this a great time to join and develop alongside the business. You will be supported as you build product knowledge, with a clear pathway to become a Product Specialist and progress long term.

In this role you will service and repair commercial catering, refrigeration and coffee equipment, carrying out electrical and mechanical fault-finding, completing documentation, and liaising with the service centre for parts and technical support.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with F-Gas and strong fault-finding skills, looking for a secure, long-term role with autonomy, progression and the chance to become a true specialist.

The Role:

• Field service, maintenance, repair and commissioning of commercial catering, refrigeration and coffee equipment
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding, aiming for a high first-time fix rate
• West Midlands patch with door-to-door pay
• 40 hours per week with overtime, plus 1-in-4 call out rota

The Person:

• Field Service / Service Engineer background with strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding
• F-Gas qualified
• Full UK driving licence and happy with overtime / call out
