Job Description:
Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / LEV Engineer required to join a Global Engineering Service provider.
The Successful Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / LEV Engineer will provide LEV testing, calibration, and certification services for a range of LEV systems such as downdraft benches, mobile extraction systems, fixed extraction systems, high vacuum systems, replacement filters or similar systems, within an industrial setting. Full training provided.
The Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / LEV Engineer will ideally have an engineering background within LEV testing or servicing, specifically for extractability welding systems, dust and fume extraction, industrial/process extraction, or similar LEV environments.
Package- £30,000 - £40,000

Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / LEV Engineer Role- To provide LEV testing, calibration, and certification services for a range of LEV systems such as downdraft benches, mobile extraction systems, fixed extraction systems, high vacuum systems, replacement filters or similar systems, within an industrial setting.
- Working on LEV systems, dust extraction, fume extraction, and other similar filtration systems and products.
- Assist in setting up, executing, and documenting test procedures.
- Use test equipment and logging tools to capture data.
- Support calibration, maintenance, and verification of test equipment.
- Work towards your P601 certification, and you will be qualified after a year in this job.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / LEV Engineer Requirements- Proven engineering background within LEV testing or servicing, specifically for extractability welding systems, dust and fume extraction, industrial/process extraction, or similar LEV environments. Full training provided.
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Service Technician, Installation Engineer, Filtration Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, M&E Engineer, Electro-Mechanical Engineer, LEV/Ventilation Engineer, or similar roles.
- Holding a P601 will be a benefit, not, however, a requirement.
- Good working knowledge of three-phase electrics and controls is advantageous.
- An engineering qualification would be advantageous.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the West of the UK as required.
