Job Description:

An established manufacturer of industrial machinery is seeking a Service Engineer to join its growing team.

This role combines worldwide machine installation, servicing, and support with hands-on factory-based work when not travelling.

Key Requirements:

• Electro-mechanical engineering background
• Experience servicing and installing industrial production machinery
• Good understanding of PLCs, variable speed drives, and machine controls
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
• Ability to understand and work with existing PLC software

The Role:

• Installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of machinery worldwide
• International and UK travel on a regular basis
• Typical trips range from a few days to two weeks
• Factory-based assembly and support work between site visits

Package:

• £36,000–£45,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• Overtime available
• Travel time paid door-to-door
• Full training provided for the right candidate
