Field Service Engineer

East Midlands

£30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Company Vehicle

Are you a mechanically biased or multi-skilled engineer looking for a field-based role with excellent training, autonomy and career progression?

We are recruiting on behalf of a market-leading engineering company that supplies and supports industrial packaging and automation equipment across the UK manufacturing sector.

The Role

Working from home, you will support customers throughout the East Midlands region, carrying out:

• Planned preventative maintenance
• Breakdown diagnosis and repair
• Equipment installation support
• Customer training
• Machinery inspections and performance checks
• Technical problem solving and fault finding

You'll work closely with a team of experienced engineers and receive full product training.

Candidate Requirements

• Mechanical or electrical engineering background
• Experience working on industrial machinery, production equipment or automation systems
• Strong fault-finding ability
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Self-motivated with a professional approach
