Job Description:
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our growing vending operations team. This role involves servicing, maintaining, repairing, and installing vending machines at customer sites, ensuring equipment remains fully operational and customers receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain vending machines at customer locations.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Carry out routine preventative maintenance.
- Install and commission new vending equipment.
- Refill machines with products where required.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a field service, engineering, or maintenance role.
- Good mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
