Field Service Engineer

£30,000 - £35,000 plus car or travel allowance

We have an opportunity for 3 x Service Engineers based in the London Area, covering North London, South London and Central London clients respectively. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, growing Managed Service Provider.  

We’re looking for Service Engineers with a strong background in Managed Print Services (MPS). Working within an established team, you’ll provide support across MFDs and Desktop Printers, as well as some Laptop support, ensuring timely responses and fault resolutions across a broad portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to clients for managed print services, including installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of multifunctional printers, photocopiers, scanners, and other office equipment.
• Complete preventative maintenance visits.
• Provide technical advice and user guidance to customers.
• Configure devices for network environments including TCP/IP, print drivers, scan-to-email, cloud services, and document management solutions.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a photocopier, printer, or field service engineer.
• Good understanding of networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi networking.
• Experience configuring multifunctional devices in networked environments.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Customer-focused and adaptable team player.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £30,000 - £35,000, plus a car or travel allowance, along with benefits including a company bonus, holiday, and pension.
