Field Service Engineer

Orpington

£35,000 - £40,000 + OEM Training + Door-to-Door + Company Van + Fuel Card + Overtime + Pension + Holiday + No Weekend Work

This is a great opportunity for a mechanically biased engineer looking for a field-based role where you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, installing and repairing specialist equipment across customer sites.

The Role of the field service engineer:

• Service, maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment
• Installation and commissioning of machinery
• Planned and preventative maintenance
• Mechanical fault finding and diagnostics
• Working directly with customers on-site
• Completing service reports and documentation
• Travelling to customer sites across the Kent area

The Successful field service engineer:

• Mechanical engineering background
• Experience working on machinery, plant or industrial equipment (desired)
• Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
• Able to read engineering drawings
• Full UK Driving Licence
