Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? We are seeking a motivated and technically minded engineer to support customers across the South of England, carrying out maintenance, fault finding, repairs, installations, and commissioning of specialist equipment and systems.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support at customer sites, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and downtime is kept to a minimum. This is a hands-on position that combines problem-solving, customer interaction, and technical expertise.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Install, commission, and configure equipment and systems.
• Complete service reports and technical documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer support while on-site.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with quality and safety standards.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues effectively.

• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar technical position.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Electrical, electronic, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Full UK driving licence.
