You'll take ownership of the entire function, working closely with senior leaders to ensure the business has the financial controls, reporting and insight needed to support continued growth. This is a hands-on position where you'll be trusted to manage the day-to-day operation while identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.

Your responsibilities as Finance Manager

• Oversee the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate financial operations
• Manage sales and purchase ledgers, invoicing and credit control activities
• Complete bank reconciliations, VAT returns and cash flow management
• Process monthly payroll, overtime, expenses and employee benefits
• Support month-end reporting while maintaining accurate financial records
• Manage finance systems, strengthen financial controls and drive process improvements

What we're looking for in a Finance Manager

• Previous responsibility for managing a finance function within an SME environment
• Strong knowledge of VAT, payroll, reconciliations and credit control
• Experience using systems such as NetSuite and/or Xero
• AAT Level 4, CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified, studying towards qualification, or qualified by experience
• Ability to manage a varied workload independently while maintaining accurate financial records

Working hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, Office Based.
