Job Description:

ASAP but can wait 2-4 weeks for correct candidate dependant on notice period. 08.00- 17-00, 5 days a week on site Interface with subcontractors on site. Very high expectation of H&S standards. Eye for detail with an emphasis on quality & client sign off's. Sub-contractor management, programme control and input to the PM. Coordination of trades in an industrial/ commercial construction arena circa £20mill. Report issues to the Fit out PM. Support the fit out PM as a presence on site. Some office work required, depends on ability. Extensive experience in managing fit out sub contractors and coordinating with M&P trades & Manager. Able to hit the ground running and take control of the programme, quality and H&S at site leved. Great interpersonal skills. Reliable
