You will likeThe Fire Alarm Engineer/Life Safety Engineer role itself involves working independently to service, maintain, fault-find, and remedially repair fire alarm systems, smoke ventilation (AOV), and emergency lighting. You’ll be diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and ensuring high standards of safety and compliance across a variety of sites. This role includes planned preventative maintenance, reactive call-outs, and supporting major projects alongside installation teams. The work is varied, technical, and rewarding, with responsibilities that allow your expertise to shine in helping protect lives and property. This is a service-led position requiring excellent problem-solving skills, digital reporting, and Routinely participating in an on-call rota, and overtime when required.
