About The Opportunity

The Fire Alarm Service, Emergency Lighting & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive call-outs, fault finding, repairs, and remedial works across a range of fire alarm and associated systems.

Working as part of a dedicated team of service engineers, you will play a key role in ensuring systems remain fully operational and compliant, while delivering a high standard of customer service. The role requires maintaining accurate service records, completing all documentation to the required standards, and adhering to company procedures, industry regulations, and quality management systems.

You will also support the business in maintaining its accreditations and regulatory approvals by ensuring all work is completed in line with relevant standards and by providing assistance during audits and inspections when required.
