Fire Alarm Service Supervisor - London

Permanent position based in London & the home counties, for an experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer with supervisor/lead engineer experience. The role will involve a combination of training engineers, auditing the service team, site surveys, technical support, and producing development plans alongside the Service Manager.

If you have proven experience working with closed-protocol fire alarms (Gent, Notifier, Siemens) and supporting the development of service teams, this could be the role for you!

• Salary ranging from £45,000-£55,000 DOE
• 25 days annual leave + BH, rising to 35 with service

What we're looking for:

• Experience with closed protocol fire alarms (Gent, Notifier, Siemens)
• 10+ years industry experience
• Ability to supervise and train a team of engineers from Junior to Senior level
• Attend client meetings at key sites
• Audit engineers
• Drive continuous performance and promote high standards
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Hard-working, determined & collaborative mindset
