Fleet Operations Account Coordinator

Are you an automotive experienced, customer service professional with strong organisational skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships?

We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Fleet Operations Account Coordinator to join a busy Business Centre team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with motor trade experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating orders and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

As a Fleet Operations Account Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing communication between internal teams and leasing company partners, coordinating vehicle orders and supporting the team in achieving its business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers and leasing partners.

Processing vehicle orders accurately and efficiently.

Delivering a high standard of customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Proactively identifying customer needs, resolving queries and providing effective solutions.

Communicating professionally and maintaining strong working relationships.

Supporting the wider team and identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be organised, customer-focused and confident working in a busy environment. You'll also have:

Experience in fleet operations and account coordination in a franchised motor dealership.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship management.

Knowledge of systems such as Leaselink, One Link and Supplytrak.

The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.

Salary and Working Arrangements

Salary from £27.5k basic depending on experience.

Working pattern: 40 hours - Hybrid.

Probation period: The first three months will be office-based full-time.

Hybrid working: From month four, the arrangement will be two days in the office and three days working from home.
