Job Description:

Novara People are recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a specialist manufacturing business based in LS10, Leeds.

This is a varied role combining FLT driving with general warehouse duties, so we're looking for someone who is happy to work both on and off the truck.

Monday to Friday – 8:00am–5:00pm

Candidates must also be flexible and available to work longer shifts/overtime during busy production periods, which can include 12-hour shifts when required.

The Role
Operating a Counterbalance FLT
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving materials and finished products around the site
Putting stock away into designated locations
Picking and preparing materials/orders
Supporting production with materials when required
Stock movement and general warehouse duties
Manual handling
Completing FLT safety checks
Keeping warehouse and working areas clean and organised
Following all site Health & Safety procedures

**Must have full UK Driving License**

Skills:

Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
Previous FLT driving experience
Previous warehouse experience
Confident loading and unloading vehicles
Comfortable carrying out general warehouse/manual duties alongside FLT work
Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping
Good Health & Safety awareness
Able to work independently and as part of a team
