Job Description:

FLT Counterbalance Driver – Automotive Plastics (Warehouse/Production)



We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy plastics manufacturing site within the automotive industry. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term, ongoing work in a supportive and friendly environment.



Key Requirements:

• Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious

Duties May Include:

• Loading and unloading goods
• Supplying production lines with materials
• Operating Forklift Counterbalance
• General warehouse duties as required

Hours of Work (Rotating Double Days):

• Week 1:
  
  Monday to Thursday: 5:40am – 1:50pm
  Friday: 5:40am – 11:30am

• Week 2:
  
  Monday to Thursday: 1:40pm – 9:50pm
  Friday: 11:20am – 5:10pm

Pay Rates:

• £12.71 per hour (first 12 weeks)
• Increasing to £14.24 per hour after 12 weeks
