Job Description:

Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer - Zone 1-3 Travel card - Commercial Office - FM Service Provider - Up to £45,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based across London has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a commercial contract covering multiple sites around central London. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance to both electrical and mechanical systems on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical, Mechanical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, a Zone 1 to 3 Travel Card, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Package

• Salary of £45,000
• Monday to Friday 
• 1 in 4 Callout - £120 per week

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am to 17:00 pm
• Callout 1 in 4 - £120 Standby Allowance

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

Requirements

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
• 18th Edition (Required)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
