Forklift Driver

�� Full-time | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | 08:00-16:00
�� £14.25 per hour

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable manufacturing business based in Bury St Edmunds, who are looking to add an experienced Forklift Driver to their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced site supplying products across the UK, offering stability, training, and long-term progression for the right candidate.

The Role As a Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse and production operations, ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently across site.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving raw materials and finished goods across the site
• Supporting production teams with material supply
• Carrying out basic stock checks and inventory control
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (in-date and accredited)
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial setting
• Strong awareness of health & safety practices
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and reliability
• Flexibility to work shifts if required
