Job Description:

Adecco is recruiting on behalf of a well-established international manufacturing business for an Internal Account Executive to join their commercial team in Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, customer-focused individual with fluent German and French language skills to develop customer accounts, drive sales growth, and build strong relationships across European markets.

• Manage and develop relationships with customers across Germany and France.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and support commercial negotiations.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide first-class customer service.
• Maintain and update customer information within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Review customer trends, forecasts, and sales performance to maximise opportunities.
• Support business development activities and contribute towards sales targets.

• Fluent in German, French and English.
• Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach.
• Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and priorities.
• Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous.
