Day Shift Frozen Warehouse Operative

Park Royal, London | Permanent | Full-Time | £13.50 per hour

Monday to Friday | 6:30am–4:30pm | 30-Minute Unpaid Break

Talent Guardian is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established and growing food manufacturing business based in Park Royal, London.

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Frozen Warehouse Operative to join their busy warehouse team on a permanent day shift.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working in a temperature-controlled, frozen warehouse.

You'll play an important part in ensuring products are handled, stored and prepared accurately, helping keep the warehouse running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Picking, packing and preparing frozen food products for dispatch.
• Working within a frozen warehouse environment, ensuring products are handled and stored correctly.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Moving, organising and storing stock in designated warehouse areas.
• Checking incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and quality.
• Supporting stock rotation and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Working closely with the warehouse and production teams to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Following all health, safety and food hygiene procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, picking and packing or food production experience would be beneficial.
• Comfortable working in a frozen, temperature-controlled environment.
• A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.
• Good attention to detail when picking and preparing orders.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a team-focused approach.
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 6:30am–4:30pm.
