General Operative

💷 £13.56 per hour
🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
📄 Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
     Full UK driving licence

We are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join a busy manufacturing company based in Salford Priors, near Evesham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience who is looking for a stable Monday to Friday position with long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitoring production processes and carrying out quality checks
• Loading raw materials and removing finished products from production lines
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
• Carrying out general warehouse and production duties as required
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to the location
• FLT Counterbalance licence and experience would be advantageous but are not essential
