German Speaking Sales Account Manager

Location: Bournemouth - Hybrid
Salary: £31,000 basic + £1,500 quarterly bonus + £10,000-£15,000 commission
OTE: Circa £47,500
Hours: Full-time, Permanent

TeamJobs is working with a fast-growing international technology sales business in Bournemouth to recruit a German Speaking Sales Account Manager to join an exciting global technology campaign.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional looking to develop their career within the technology and SaaS sector, working with innovative cloud, data, AI and digital solutions.

You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, building relationships with businesses across the DACH market and working with senior decision-makers to understand their requirements and identify the right technology solutions.

What you'll be doing:

• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
• Managing inbound leads alongside proactive outbound prospecting
• Running discovery calls and understanding customer requirements
• Building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Managing opportunities from initial contact through to proposal, negotiation and close
• Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and CRM
• Working towards monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Developing long-term relationships with customers

What we're looking for:

• Native-level German is essential
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Minimum 6 months' B2B sales closing experience
• Confident managing conversations with senior stakeholders
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven, resilient and commercially minded
• An interest in technology and developing a career within tech sales

Native-level language capability is a key requirement for this position and will be assessed as part of the recruitment process.
