THE JOB
We are hiring for a German speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full cycle recruitment across the EMEA region for an international company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will work with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across multiple European markets. As part of a collaborative global team you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple EMEA countries.

Typical job responsibilities are:
 

• Source, screen, interview and shortlist high-quality candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
• Conduct competency-based telephone and virtual interviews
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from application through onboarding
• Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment activity and candidate records
• Produce offer letters and support candidates through the pre-employment process
• Monitor recruitment performance and provide accurate reporting
• Support employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives across digital platforms
• Build relationships with industry professionals, universities and recruitment networks across Europe
• Contribute to cross-border recruitment projects across Germany, France, Spain, Poland and other EMEA markets
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to share market intelligence and sourcing strategies.

CANDIDATE PROFILE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 
 

• Fluent German language skills (essential)
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Full Cycle Recruiting
• Experience recruiting across European or international markets, recruitment within professional services or corporate environments
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other recruitment channels.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment technologies
• A collaborative, customer-focused approach.
