They are looking for a Graduate Account Manager / Account Manager to join the team in Leicester. Whether you’re a recent graduate looking to launch your career in account management, or you already have some experience managing customers and are ready to take the next step, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking business.

As an Account Manager, you’ll build and develop strong client relationships, support the delivery of key projects and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to understand their objectives, provide insightful reporting and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions.

This is a head office-based role, working from our client’s offices in Leicester.

Ideal Requirements for the Graduate Account Manager / Account Manager

• Recent graduate with a 2:1 degree or above, preferably within a scientific subject, although other degree disciplines will be considered.
• Experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success or a similar customer-facing position.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience working with customers or managing client relationships is desirable.
• A genuine interest in Healthcare and E-Commerce.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate projects effectively.
• A proactive and commercially minded approach, with the confidence to identify opportunities and contribute to account growth.

Role Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of client accounts, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling and value-added solutions.
• Support the delivery and coordination of projects across internal teams, managing priorities to ensure successful execution.
• Produce clear and insightful reports and performance reviews, providing clients with data-driven recommendations and updates.
• Monitor account performance, proactively resolve customer issues and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand client objectives, identify opportunities and support the continued growth of key partnerships.
• Develop your understanding of the healthcare e-commerce market and contribute to the wider commercial strategy of the business.
