🎓 Graduate Engineering Geologist

Location: Chelmsford, Essex Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: Immediate or upon graduation

Kickstart your career in geotechnical engineering with a leading ground investigation contractor based in Chelmsford. We’re looking for a driven graduate to join our field team and support exciting infrastructure projects across the region and beyond.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with trail pitting, borehole supervision, and in-situ testing

• Log soil and rock samples and contribute to factual reporting

• Support monitoring of slopes, gas, and groundwater regimes

• Help manage and maintain site data and databases

• Work on live infrastructure sites across Essex and the UK

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field

• Strong interest in site work and ground investigation techniques

• Willingness to travel and work away from home when required

• A full, clean UK driving licence

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn
