German Speaking Project Executive – Graduate

Purley, South London | Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home
£27,000 – £32,000 DOE + Benefits

Are you fluent in German and English and looking to build a long-term career in Project and Account Management?

As the business continues to grow, they are expanding their German-speaking Account Management team and are looking to bring in a graduate who has the potential to develop and progress within the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is highly organised, analytical and detail-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

You do not need previous Project Management, Account Management, FMCG or packaging experience. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to develop your skills and take on increasing responsibility as you progress.

THE ROLE

Working as part of the Project Management team, you will support an Account Manager in coordinating projects from the initial client brief through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking briefs from clients and ensuring all relevant information is captured accurately
• Supporting the Account Manager with the day-to-day management of projects
• Coordinating information between clients, creative teams and internal departments
• Managing project timelines and critical paths
• Tracking progress, deadlines and project requirements
• Analysing information and checking work for accuracy and consistency
• Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
• Communicating with clients and contacts in both German and English
• Managing several projects and deadlines at the same time
• Supporting the wider Project Management and Account Management teams
• Developing your knowledge of the business, clients and project processes
• Gradually taking on greater responsibility and managing your own projects

This is a role where attention to detail, analytical ability and communication skills are essential. You will need to enjoy working with processes, managing information and keeping track of multiple moving parts.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The company is particularly interested in graduates who are fluent in German and English and are looking to develop a long-term career within Project or Account Management.

You will need:

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken – essential
• A degree or equivalent qualification
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• The ability to follow processes and manage detailed information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence communicating with clients and colleagues
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• A genuine interest in developing a career in Project and Account Management
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment

Previous experience in Project Management, Account Management, FMCG or packaging is not essential, as full training will be provided.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT

This is much more than a graduate administration role.

The business is growing and specifically expanding its German-speaking Account Management team. You will join as a Project Executive and receive full training and ongoing support, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, client communication and account management.

As your knowledge and confidence develop, you will be given increasing responsibility, with the opportunity to progress into Project Management and Account Management.

The aim is to develop someone for a long-term career within the business, rather than simply filling a short-term graduate position.
