Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Project Manager to join a growing civil engineering and construction environment. The role will support the development and management of surface water separation schemes and trenchless rehabilitation programmes, helping to reduce inflow and infiltration within the sewage network.

Working alongside Contract Managers, Project Managers and Supervisors, the successful candidate will assist with feasibility studies, site surveys and the development of engineering solutions. Responsibilities will include reviewing drainage and sewer network information, identifying opportunities for surface water separation, assisting with solution development and preparing technical notes, drawings, reports and presentations.

The role will also involve coordinating with designers, client representatives and supply chain partners, maintaining accurate project records and supporting the delivery of projects safely, efficiently and in line with environmental and company standards.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; BTEC/HNC/HND qualifications will also be considered.
• A genuine interest in developing a career within civil engineering and construction.
• Previous consultancy experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Good technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills.
• A proactive, enthusiastic and professional approach.
• Ability to produce accurate work within deadlines and keep stakeholders informed.
• Good written, verbal and telephone communication skills.
• A practical, can-do attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
• Valid UK driving licence.
