• £26,000 - £30,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Realistic Earning Potential:

• Year 1: £30,000 to £40,000
• Year 2 to 3: £40,000 to £60,000
• Year 3 to 5: £60,000 to £100,000+

As we continue to grow, we're looking for graduates or those with sales experience to join our Belfast office. This is an entry level role, ideal for someone eager to build a long term career in recruitment and sales. No prior recruitment experience is necessary, we provide structured training, ongoing mentorship, and hands on guidance from day one. The Role

This is a sales role at its core. You'll gain experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, building client relationships, sourcing candidates within the Irish tech market, and managing your own desk.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Proactively identifying and approaching new business opportunities
• Building and managing relationships with hiring managers and decision makers
• Pitching Reperio's services and winning new roles to work on
• Sourcing and engaging candidates for live roles
• Managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to closing a placement
• Negotiating terms, salaries, and offers with both clients and candidates
• Working towards targets within a high performance, commission driven environment
• Continuously developing your market knowledge to stay ahead of competitors

Training & Progression

We offer a clear development path backed by hands on support from experienced consultants and leadership.

• 0 to 12 months: Learning the fundamentals and making placements with support
• 12 to 18 months: Running your own processes and developing a client base
• 18 months+: Leading key accounts, mentoring others, and driving growth

Success here is performance based, your results determine your progression and earning potential.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for confident, results driven individuals with a genuine sales mindset. Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer facing roles is beneficial.

You'll have:

• A degree, or previous experience in a sales, business development, or target driven customer facing role
• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection without losing momentum
• A competitive, results focused attitude
• Confidence working towards revenue targets and KPIs
