Are you a recent graduate eager to gain practical experience working with children? A friendly and supportive primary school in Reading is looking for a motivated Graduate SEN TA to join their team on a long-term basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate SEN TA to gain valuable classroom experience, develop a deeper understanding of special educational needs and build a strong foundation for a future career in education, psychology or SEN.

As a Graduate SEN TA, you will:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs.
• Support teachers with engaging lessons and targeted interventions.
• Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
• Help create a calm, inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and support their academic and personal development.
• Work alongside teachers, SEN professionals and the wider school team.

The school is looking for a Graduate SEN TA who has:

• A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
• A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
